Version 2026-05-28-draft-1
By creating an account on or otherwise using CareML Health ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for licensed healthcare providers and their authorized delegates. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and authorized to access protected health information ("PHI") under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
CareML Health is a clinical-documentation tool. All AI-generated content is provided as a DRAFT for clinician review and is not medical advice. Clinical judgment remains your responsibility. CareML does not practice medicine.
You agree not to enter Protected Health Information into the Service unless your organization has executed all necessary Business Associate Agreements with CareML Health and any sub-processors. Until those are signed, the Service operates in demo / non-PHI mode only.
You will not (a) attempt to defeat the Service's access controls, (b) reverse-engineer, scrape, or rate-abuse the Service, or (c) use the Service in ways that violate applicable law.
CareML may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as required to investigate suspected breach.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareML's liability is limited as set forth in our Business Associate Agreement or applicable order form.
CareML may update these Terms by posting a new version. Material changes will be re-presented to you for acceptance at next sign-in.
